Just thought I’d share the games I am currently playing since it’s such a strong season:

Fallout 3, I’m almost at the end with 30hours or so. I don’t want to finish the main quest yet since I prefer exploring the map first; that’s where I get the most fun. Amazing game and I can’t wait till they release the Construction Set like they did with Oblivion.

Resistance 2, just started playing and I must admit it’s really good. I wasn’t expecting much since I really didn’t like the first one but Rez2 managed to impress me.

Midnight Club LA, loved the DUB Edition and am loving this one as well. It’s much better than Burnout since you’re not forced to finish first and the cars are real cars!

Saint’s Row 2, It’s a good game. Story isn’t as strong as GTA4’s but sand-box play is better in it than GTA4’s

Sacred 2, now that’s a cool game! Of course, Diablo 3 will destroy it but knowing Blizz, I have enough time to play all my games and finish Sacred 2 until D3 comes out.

Far Cry 2, gotta find some time to keep on playing that awesome game; sand-box, modern, no alien or mutants = amazing game to me.

Red Alert 3, played the tutorial and I really liked the new features, just gotta get around to find some time and play it some more.

Mirror’s Edge, I just got it and haven’t played it yet but I really liked the demo so this one is on the list.

Now there’s Dead Space, not my type but I heard it’s very good so I need to force myself to play it some more.

Finally there’s Call of Duty World at War which is NOT in the list of what I’m playing. I was deceived by that game. For a little while I felt like playing a WW2 game. Brothers in Arms Hell’s Highway is good but difficult. I just want a WW2 FPS so CoD WaW should do the job. Well not really. The first part is cool, you’re an american fighting off japanese. Ok cool but as soon as you’re done with that, you go to fucking Russia playing scenes from Enemy at the Gates. AGAIN! Again because Call of Duty 2 did it and did it better. I was hoping the japanese stuff would last a little longer until I play another dude. Call of Duty World at War is not a bad game but to me its got absolutely nothing that will keep me hooked. Too bad for WW2 shooters. I’ll have to wait until we wake the trend once more…in like 10 years…
